Rock Band developer Harmonix has released a statement on Twitter about the passing of music legend David Bowie.
Bowie passed away earlier today at the age of 69 after battling cancer for 18 months.
"David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer," reads a statement on the official David Bowie Facebook page. "While many of you will share in this loss, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief."
At the end of 2015 another music legend passed away - Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister.
