The Grand Theft Auto series is well known for satirising and pillorying various aspects of modern life and culture, but Lindsay Lohan has reportedly taken exception to what she is presuming is a portrayal of her in the latest entry in the series.
Lindsay's lawyers are crafting a lawsuit demanding damages for use of her image in the game without her permission.
The following instances in the game have been identified as possibly using her likeness:
The game's box art features a bikini-clad woman who looks a bit like Lindsay holding up her mobile phone.
One mission in the game features another Lindsay Lohan-esque character who tasks the player with taking her home and escaping the paparazzi.
Another mission tasks the player with photographing another character having sex at the game's version of the Chateau Marmont Hotel, which Lindsay is known to frequent.
