Although The Last of Us Remastered has been confirmed to run at 1080p for a while now, we haven't, until now, been given any information on its framerate. In a series of Tweets recently published by developers at Naughty Dog, 60 FPS looks to be on the cards:
"Played some #TLOU at 60 fps tonight for the first time (60fps cutscenes and all). Transformitive. I'm a believer. Don't think I can go back." Tweeted Kurt Margenau, Naughty Dog Designer.
The game's Co-Director, Bruce Straley, then Tweeted: "I had a dream in 60fps last night. #TLOUremastered.", to which Neil Druckmann (Creative Director) replied: "what if I told you that was no dream? #believe"
Although 60 FPS looks to be the target, The Last of Us Remastered may come with an unlocked framerate, meaning the game could run between 30-60 FPS.
