Last month we reported that Marty O'Donnell was suing Bungie for firing him "without cause". At the time of writing O'Donnell has still been given no reason for his dismissal.
The US court hearing the case has decided in O'Donnell's favour and has ordered Bungie to pay him $95,000. This payment is to cover unpaid vacation time, unpaid work, and damages. O'Donnell's final work for Bungie can be heard in the upcoming Destiny.
