Rhona Dinsmore is the leader of the Havana Assassin Bureau and a minor character in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
In 1715, Dinsmore's location was revealed when Edward Kenway passed along papers from the traitorous assassin, Duncan Walpole, to the Templars. Wishing to correct his mistake and protect the bureau, Kenway helped kill the Templar Hilary Flint and retrieve the Templar key.
