Ah Tabai is the Mentor of the Caribbean Assassins and a minor character in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Born to an assassin, Ah Tabai was raised in the Order and eventually made his way up to the rank of Mentor. In 1713, rumors of a new Sage began circulating and Ah Tabai sent assassins to find and return the new Sage.
In 1715, Ah Tabai met and trained both James Kidd and Duncan Walpole. By June, Ah Tabai had learned the location of the Sage and sent Walpole out with the location of the other Assassin bureaus to seek help in retreiving him. It wasn't until after he left that Ah Tabai learned of Walpole's betrayal through Edward Kenway.
