Paz Ortega Andrade, also known as Pacifica Ocean, was an agent who infiltrated the Militaires Sans Frontières organisation in the Metal Gear Solid series during the 1970s.
She features in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, as well as the upcoming videogame, Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.
