Daisy Fitzroy is the leader of the Vox Populi in BioShock Infinite. Brought to Columbia as a slave by Jeremiah Fink, she became the housekeeper for Lady Comstock, where she worked until she was framed for the death of Lady Comstock. Fleeing, she formed the Vox Populi and vowed to bring down Zachary Hale Comstock and The Founders.
Fitzroy appears to be aware of Elizabeth and her powers, seeking to use them to her own ends.
