Jeremiah Fink an unscrupulous businessman with a manufacturing monopoly within Columbia in Bioshock Infinite. Learning about the tears from his brother, Albert Fink, Jeremiah used the tears to steal advance technology and science from other dimensions. He was later hired by Zachary Hale Comstock to kill Robert and Rosalind Lutece by sabotaging the device that allowed them to travel between realities.
Jeremiah hosts the annual event known as "The Raffle," where he identifies Booker DeWitt as the "False Shepherd". He is later cornered by the Vox Populi and killed by Daisy Fitzroy.
