Elysion is a NPC in Dragon's Dogma.
He is the appointed leader of the Salvation cult. Many years before, the son of a king of a kingdom that was destroyed by a dragon had his eye wounded and died of the wound. He wrote a series of writings that detailed the destruction of humans, which was called The Testament of Hopeless Regret. A cult called Salvation was formed around these writings.
