Julien is a NPC in Dragon's Dogma.
He is a knight that came from the demesne of Boldoa to Gransys. He was raised in a good family and has the notion that the needs of the people are to be put first, and it's the only right thing to do. When he arrived in Gransys, he saw that the statesmen were only concerned with themselves instead of the people, which starts changing his ideals and views he has had for so long.
