Lady Comstock was the wife of Zachary Hale Comstock, creator of Columbia, in Bioshock Infinite. Originally a devotee of Comstock, she had a deep admiration and love for Comstock, but began to question her faith in him due to his cruel to those who opposed him.
Believing that Elizabeth was the daughter of Comstock and Rosalind Lutece, Lady Comstock shunned Elizabeth and forced her to live on Monument Island. After learning the truth, Lady Comstock decided she would reveal the truth about Elizabeth to Columbia two years after the death of Comstock. This lead Comstock to have her killed and Daisy Fitzroy framed for her murder.
