Dr. P. Pettifog is a physician and minor character in Bioshock Infinite. Hired by Zachary Hale Comstock, he, alongside Dr. Harrison Powell, was ordered to attach a device to Elizabeth that would provide a painful shock whenever she tried to use her powers.
While in the middle of the operation Booker arrives and saves Elizabeth, who opens a tear with a tornado that kills all those in the room.
