General Bull is one of the twelve generals that serve under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. He is married to General Horse, who he races constantly over searching for Kutaro, although he is loyal to the Moon Bear King. He is very confident in his own abilities, especially his strength, and he hates to lose as he is extremely arrogant.
