General Horse is one of the twelve generals that serve under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. She is married to General Bull and has a similar personality to him, as she is extremely confident in her physical abilities, especially her legs. Horse tends to try settle issues by racing, but refuses to accept defeat even when she loses. She and her husband, Bull, tend to ignore the orders of destroying Kutaro, in order to race non-stop.
