Abigail Walker, known better as Fetch, is a Conduit in inFAMOUS: Second Son. Her powers consist of neon, which are absorbed by Delsin Rowe after they fight. She claims to have never hurt an innocent person, citing that the drug lords and the like she has hurt are not considered innocent by any means.
