Donkey Kong is known for his barrel throwing ability and his massive strength. He can perform roll attacks and ground pounds which can shake the earth in addition to having exceptional vine-swinging traits. His strength seems to be so immense that he can move the moon with a punch in Donkey Kong Country Returns.
He has also shown an affinity to playing bongos, which he uses in various games, such as Donkey Konga and as a special attack in the Super Smash Bros. games. Despite his size and weight, Donkey Kong has shown to be exceptionally fast, as well as agile.
