Pram is the youngest Overlord in the cosmos and the Oracle responsible for telling Zetta about the destruction of the Netherworld in Makai Kingdom. Her ability to predict the future and sheer power makes her stands out above all the other Overlords.
Pram is stuck up, constantly saying she knows everything, and treats the other Overlords as playthings for her to mess with.
