First Appearance: Tron Legacy (2010)
The Black Guard enemies in the room before Rinzler are a good foreshadowing of how this fight will go. Rinzler is one of the tougher bosses in the game because he is extremely in-your-face. As such, the best way to defeat him is to play defensively, using Counter Rush to strike him upon blocking. If you go in expecting to slay him with aimless Keyblade swinging, you'll fall very quickly.
Keep healing commands on tap (Potions, Hi-Potions, Curas, etc.), and if you have any Spirits with health-supporting abilities (like Leaf Bracer), bring them along too.
Sliding Sidewinder is also a nice Movement Command to have on tap. You'll be doing a lot of rolling and air sliding to avoid Rinzler any way, and I found that Sliding Sidewinder presents a very "spastic" fighting style that is surprisingly effective.
Rinzler loves to reverse gravity, and battling on the ceiling is extremely difficult (since the controls become reversed), so try to play defensively up here especially until things go back to normal. But be ready: as soon as you land, Rinzler will rush you from above. Immediately roll to the side to avoid a devastating blow.
