Black Guards appear mostly in Riku's version of "The Grid" (although a few also appear in Sora's version). They are agile and aggressive (much like Rinzler). When on the ground, allow them to approach you and block their attack, then immediately counter. If you rush them, they'll interrupt your combo. If they escape to the air, simply chase after them; they are far less dangerous when airborne.
