Gameplay in Mobile Golf is practically the same as in Mario Golf apart from the RPG and story element to this game, in this game you get experience after each hole unlike Mario Golf. The visual interface is a little less pleasing that the previous game due to a smaller screen but the basic gameplay elements are all there.
The overall gameplay is quite rushed and bland, nothing nw in this game, the fact it was only released in Japan also sealed it's fate and got negative reviews on realeased and isnt really considered part of the Mario Golf franchise and more of an add on the it's previous, Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour.
New Game Modes
Unfortunatly, this game did not produce any new gamem odes, infact only had the classic round of golf, Match Play, and Stroke Play, which definitely secured it's unpopularity as it was nothing new.
Power and Accuracy
The accuracy of the course was surprisingly, good, it gave quite good detail or the dips and peaks of the course but was unfortunatly overshadowed by the fact these were overused and caused the player to have to make very accurate shots in order to not be moved backwards due to the dips in the course. The power gauge was somewhat boring and at some time laggy, and due to the power user interface when taking shots, let the game down a bit.
