Mobile Golf, made by Camelot Software Planning is a game only ever released in Japan, originally made for the Game Boy Color, but it can connect to mobile phone networks using an adapter, which is where it gets it's name from.
The game plays almost identical to Mario Golf except it has roleplaying elements in it, and you get experience based on your performance on each hole. You earn unlockables by playing the story mode and beating the four champions of golf: Bean, Rozary, Powert and Bird. You can also unlock Mario, Peach, Yoshi and Foreman Spike, by playing story mode.

Gameplay
Gameplay in Mobile Golf is practically the same as in Mario Golf apart from the RPG and story element to this game, in this game you get experience after each hole unlike Mario Golf. The visual interface is a little less pleasing that the previous game due to a smaller screen but the basic gameplay elements are all there.
