To copy a single Chao you have to have at least one VMU and one memory card You have to chose the memory card to save your game onto and not the VMU Go into any of the gardens and pause game play Then remove the memory card from the controller Pick up the Chao you want to clone and put it into the VMU After it is in the VMU do not put the memory card back into the controller Instead just shut off the game so it cannot save it When you start the game again the Chao should be in the garden and in the VMU
