Most of Wii Fit U's gameplay is made up by minigames meant to train or exercise particular parts of the player's body. There are over 70 minigames overall, 19 of which are new to the series. Most of the Strength Training and Yoga activities return, as well as many Aerobic and Balance activities. There are four new Aerobic, seven new Balance, and eight new Dance activities.
