Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time is a tower defense game developed by PopCap Games for iOS. The game is free-to-play and features a cash shop for additional, optional in-game purchases. Similar to the first Plants vs. Zombies, the game features a variety of plants that are used as weapons against the ongoing waves of approaching zombies.

Story
Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time revolves around the player using Crazy Dave's time machine to go back in time and stop hordes of zombies. Players will use the time machine to travel to different worlds such as the Wild West and Ancient Egypt, using defensive plants to fight off all-new zombies.

Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time is a tower defense game, where players use a variety of plants with different abilities to fight off incoming zombie waves. This sequel adds new plants, new zombies, and new worlds to the PvZ universe.
