Roadblock is an ability available to the Police faction in Rivals. The Roadblock is a mainstay of the Need for Speed series, and sees a line of police cars obstructing the road in an attempt to halt Racers.
Whilst they are effective, the donwside is that they damage and slow down chasing Police vehicles as well as Racers.
