First of all you need to pick up all of the following items: Seed, Watering Can, Saw, Hammer and Nails. Next put the seed in the empty pot on the left side and use the watering can to water the seed. As you get a tree, cut it down using the saw. Pick up the resulting wood and combine it with nails. Then use the hammer on the wood(with nails) to make a table. Place this table just below the hanging key to the right of the door. Now use this key to escape this level.
