There is a tree blocking the door. Find the axe and the axe handle (top of the tree). Then find the rock on the left side. Press the axe and then the rock to sharpen the head. Next press the handle to complete the axe. Now shake your device with axe selected. This will cut down the tree. You can pick up the key and exit this level.
