Head to the marker on the map and you will have to initiate the forensics scanner on the Batmobile. This is done by going into Battle Mode and pressing up on the directional pad; this toggles it off and on, so you only need to press it once. Follow the tracks and you'll reach a point where a flying drone will drop something into the ground.
After a short conversation with Alfred, get out of the Batmobile and go up to the strange device. It turns out it's a well armored bomb, but it appears that some trouble is on the way. While waiting for the virus to get uploaded to the explosive device, you'll have to fight off the drones. The only problem is that you only have a small space to move around in, as moving too far from the bomb will cancel the virus upload (it's marked by red walls, so you can't actually leave).
Destroy all of the drones and then attach the winch to the bomb. Similar to earlier when you were powering up the antenna, you need to press the gas so that the needle stays close or inside of the orange section. Once it reaches the top, if you've done it right, floor it and the bomb will explode. Now, you can get back to tracking down the military vehicle that kidnapped Barbarba.

This will eventually lead you to the bridge to Miagani Island, but the bridge is up and being controlled by the Arkham Knight. You'll have to cross it on foot, so grapple/walk across it and your next objective is to get to Grand Avenue Station, which isn't too far. When you get there, you'll find more militia guarding the place, with a total of eight of them, one of which is controlling a flying drone.
Two easy targets are close to a ledge, so hang off of it and do a Fear Multi-Takedown. The rest of them will likely scatter and come inspect the noise, so make use of the plethora of vantage points to move around, and even do inverted takedowns. Since there's plenty of opportunities to quietly do this, it shouldn't prove to be much of a problem. Once you're finished, go to the computer marked on your map and use it to take back control of Mercy Bridge. However, a certain puzzler chimes in to distract you by saying he has another friend of yours, Catwoman, and orders you to come to the orphanage or he will kill her.
