As with Delsin in Second Son, Fetch is able to upgrade her powers, similar to Second Son and also a little differently. As she completes Challenges, she will earn Skill Points that can be used to purchase these upgrades. The upgrades are grouped into five broad categories (at the start of the game), although Fetch will earn more skill trees as she progresses. She can also earn SP from collecting Neon Lumens and finishing the races.
Note that these skill trees are done in order, so in order to learn Neon Drain Capacity 2, you will need to have purchased Neon Drain Capacity 1.
