The bonus DLC content for Batman: Arkham Knight on PlayStation 4 looks to be timed exclusive only. The bonus DLC pack includes three additional skins and a set of Scarecrow Nightmare Missions.
The image below was spotted on Amazon's listing for the game (thanks VG24/7) and states that the DLC content is 'exclusive until at least Fall 2015':
Batman: Arkham Knight releases on PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC on 23rd June.
