Square Enix has announced Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut exclusively for the Wii U.
Among the new features coming to the Director's Cut are improved gameplay features, interactions with the Wii U GamePad, Mii-verse integration, and developer commentaries. Furthermore, it will include Tong's Rescue Mission, as well as the entire The Missing Link DLC chapter.
Most interestingly, the game will feature "overhauled boss" fights. Considering Human Revolution's boss fights were criticized as being the weakest part of the original game, this new director's cut could end up being a huge improvement over the original.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution originally released in 2011 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. No word if this director's cut will be heading to those platforms, so Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut may end up being a strong addition to the Wii U library.
Square Enix said that the release is "coming soon", though provided no official release date (though Amazon currently lists the game for May 7).
