Industry insider Ahsan Rasheed claims that we'll see a new Resident Evil remake in 2015 and that it will launch on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC.
In a series of Tweets he says that those who had a GameCube in 2002 will be pleased, which points towards either Resident Evil 0 or the GameCube Resident Evil remake.
Rasheed drew particular attention to calling it "REbirth", an informal name for the GameCube version of the first Resident Evil, so it's likely to be a remake of that particular title.
