In yesterday's announcement of their new Z3 line of smartphones and tablets, Sony announced that the devices will be able to play PS4 games via Remote Play.
In order to do this, users must pair a DualShock 4 controller to the phone or tablet (as Remote Play doesn't support touch screens). Once this is done, users can only play their PS4 games using their own Wi-Fi network (internet play is not supported).
Sony will also release a mount for these devices (pictured above), which will allow DualShock 4 controllers to connect to these mobile devices, essentially converting them into portable PS4 gaming platforms. No release date has been given for the attachment, but the Z3 devices will be released this November.
