The Outsider is a mysterious character from Dishonored. He is a supernatural being, described as "part devil, part angel, and entirely ambiguous." He is the source of all magic in Dishonored's world and only gives it to those he deems important to the world's fate. Of course, what the person does with those powers is entirely up to them, as The Outsider has no influence on their actions.
