Rupert Cunningham was a photographer living in the city of Columbia and a minor character in BioShock Infinite. After Robert and Rosalind Lutece's death, Rupert took a photo at their funeral. The next day the Lutece twins approached him and informed him that Jeremiah Fink was responsible for their "death".
