Rainbow Moon is a pseudo-open world game, where the further you progress, the more areas you'll be able to explore. All battles are turn-based on a grid, similar to a lot of other Strategy RPGs. There are many gameplay mechanics in Rainbow Moon, although nothing overly complex.
