Rainbow Moon - Passive Skills

Passive Skills are those that you don't use in battle, but rather provide benefits to your characters all the time. Passive Skills require your character to have Skill Points, which are earned while leveling up (you usually get one every 5-10 levels). You can buy Passive Skills from the Scrolls NPC, and sometimes even get them as rewards from doing a sidequest. Every Passive Skill has a Skill Point requirement, meaning that if a character doesn't have enough Skill Points available, then s/he won't be able to equip that Passive Skill.
