There are a number of sidequests available in Rainbow Moon, which you get from talking with NPCs during the game. There are two types of sidequests, ones that are completed after doing the task, and ones which are repeatable upon completion. You will get a trophy (Side Quest Master) upon completing 40 sidequests.

Questgiver: Thierney, located behind the fence next to the Item Shop in Cassar Village
Reward: Daily Grind Armor+
Quest: You need three Sheer Wings, which are dropped by Tiny Bees. You can find them all over Cassar Island, but since they are dropped, make sure to pick up the bags during the battle, since you have a higher chance of obtaining one doing that.

Questgiver: Eccmold is lurking behind Stella's garden in Cassar Village.

Quest: He wants you to do alchemy research and needs some rare ingredients for that. He asks you for an Imp Horn and a colourful sting which are rare drops from imps and bees.
