A turn based tactical RPG, the player controls units within a battlefield grid in order to attack the enemy or assist an ally. Each character unit possess a certain number of health points that is decreased when attacked, until death.
Teaming Up
When two units stand side by side on the battlefield and select Attack, both will appear in battle. The lead character will battle normally, but the supporting unit can boost certain stats, give additional attacks, or shield an ally in battle.
Stat Boosts
Depending on the character combination the player will receive a stat boost to give them the edge.

Dual Strike
This happens when the active character attacks and the support character performs a follow up attack.
- If the support character damages the enemy with a Dual strike, they will gain experience and weapon experience.
- The rate of activation is calculated by the two unit's support levels and their skill stat.
- No Support - [Combined skill stat sum / 4] +20
- C-Rank Support - [Combined skill stat sum / 4] +30
- B-Rank Support - [Combined skill stat sum / 4] +40
- A-Rank Support - [Combined skill stat sum / 4] +50
- S-Rank Support - [Combined skill stat sum / 4] +60
- If the lead or support character has the Dual Strike+ Skill, the activation rate is boosted by 10.
Support Block
This happens when an enemy attacks the active character and the support character block the attack, nullifying all damage.
- The rate of activation is calculated by the two unit's support levels and their defense or resistance stat (depending of the type of attack).
- No Support - [Combined defense or resistance stat sum / 4]
- C-Rank Support - [Combined defense or resistance stat sum / 4] +2
- B-Rank Support - [Combined defense or resistance stat sum / 4] +5
- A-Rank Support - [Combined defense or resistance stat sum / 4] +7
- S-Rank Support - [Combined defense or resistance stat sum / 4] +10
- Support Block can also negate the effects of Lethality.
- If the lead or support character has the Dual Support+ Skill, the activation rate is boosted by 10.
Pairing Up
When two units are placed on the same square, they automatically pair up and tag along. This is the key way of increasing the bond between two characters. The stronger the bond, the stronger the bonuses received when paired.
