The Incinerator, is an alien flamethrower and it has 200 bullets. It uses 10 ammo per second, which means that can be used for 20 seconds is very effective at close range but if you are caught in a long fight with this weapon, men, you are so dead. Like all other alien weapons, players cannot aim down the weapon's sights, only zoom in with the reticle on screen.
