There are 15 primary weapons ranging from long range sniper rifles to close range Shotguns and everything in between. The most valuable of these weapons is the Predator bow which you keep on hand at all times. These weapons are much more powerful than Secondary Weapon and can deal much more damage over time.
With your two remaining weapon slots you are free to use two primary weapons if you like but there is a trade off. The higher powered primary weapons can quickly train your cloak. However, since you always have your predator bow, this is not necessarily a bad idea.
