The OPSAT or Operational Satellite Uplink allows Sam to have real time data integration with the intel collected in the field, 4th Echelon Communications and the SMI or Strategic Mission Interface on board the Paladin which is the repurposed stealth airliner of 4th Echlon.
All this information allows Sam and his team to be a fully mobile ops unit, receiving data about mission objectives while on the move and are aware of terrorist attacks in real time.
