Run & Gun (Squaddie)
The Squaddie may move his full movement and still fire or use overwatch after moving.
Tactical Sense (Corporal)
Increases the Assault trooper’s defense for every enemy he can see.
Aggression (Corporal)
Increases critical chances based on number of enemies in sight.
Lightning Reactions (Sergeant)
The first reaction shot taken against this soldier each turn automatically misses.
Close and Personal (Sergeant)
The soldier gains huge Aim onuses against adjacent or near-adjacent targets.
Flush (Lieutenant)
A special attack with a high probability to hit. It deals little damage but forces an enemy to break cover and reposition, exposing them to Overwatch fire from other teammates.
Rapid Fire (Lieutenant)
Allows two attacks against the same target with an Aim penalty.
Close Combat Specialist (Captain)
Confers an automatic reaction shot against any enemy who closes within four spaces at any time. This is extremely effective against bum-rush enemies like Silicoids, Zombies, and Advanced Mutoids.
Bring Em’ On (Captain)
Increases damage based on the number of enemies visible to the squad.
Extra Conditioning (Major)
Increases health.
Resilience (Colonel)
Makes the soldier immune to critical hits.
Killer Instinct (Colonel)
Grants huge critical hit probability increase when Run & Gun is activated.
