Throughout Darksiders you will find floating, green demonic artifacts. These can be collected and traded to Vulgrim for various amounts of souls.
There are a total of:
- 20 Soldier Artifacts, which are worth 1,000 souls each
- 6 Champion Artifacts, which are worth 2,500 souls each
- 1 Overlord Artifact, which is worth 5,000 souls
Finding all of the artifacts not only gives you the trophy/achievement "World Raider," but collecting the all of each type will yield a special reward from Vulgrim.
