The Australian Federal Government is looking at introducing a new tax on imported "intangible" goods, including eBooks, downloadable music, videos, and downloadable games, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
The Goods and Services Tax, which has been dubbed the 'Netflix Tax', could see the prices of such products rise by 10%.
However, some manufacturers, such as Apple, already include GST in their pricing structures, so it's possible that Valve may already have factored a GST into its prices for the country.
