Serah Farron is a supporting character in Final Fantasy XIII and the main protagonist in Final Fantasy XIII-2. She is the younger sister to Lightning, the series main protagonist, and the fiancée to Snow Villiers, leader of the resistance group NORA.
In Final Fantasy XIII, Serah is cursed with becoming a Pulse l'Cie and many of the character's desire to save her is their driving motivation. In Final Fantasy XIII-2, Serah sets off on a journey with Noel Kreiss to find Lightning, whom everyone insists never made it out of Cocoon, but whom she remembers seeing on the day of "The Fall".
