Fabula Nova Crystallis is a mythology created by Yoshinori Kitase and Kazushige Nojima of Square Enix. The mythology was used as an inspiration to create the world in multiple Final Fantasy games; Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Type-0 and the upcoming Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
