Well, PS1 was released in the US in September, the PS2 in October, and the PS3 in November. With that pattern, the PS4 will release in December. -
I'm expecting it in November myself. When was the last time a console DIDN'T launch in November? But Sony is well aware of what happens when you launch second so they may wait for Microsoft to announce a Launch Date before telling everyone "Surprise! It's coming in October!"
