In Mario Kart Wii there are a total of eight cups (four of them are Retro Cups) in each of these cups there four racetracks on them. As you go on each cup is harder then the last, the Special Cup is considered the hardest cup, it contains the dreaded Rainbow Road which has been the final track in every Mario Kart game.
